Provides government subsidized housing at a set rental amount that is calculated below market rental rates for moderate-income families or seniors.
Open to all individuals for housing opportunities. Priority is given to applicants who hold Treaty Status and/or have an Indigenous identity. Combined family gross income cannot exceed $52,000 per year.
All applications are point rated which determines the eligibility of the various programs offered.
Proof of income for all family members over 19, proof of Treaty Status, and current year tax assessment.
